## 链接规则 / Link rules

- `access_level: "public"`：`link` 为可直接拼接的地址。相对路径形如 `data-room/<文件名>`，
  以 `https://vertciti.com/` 为基准拼接成绝对 URL 即可下载；也可能是外部 URL
  （如交易哈希的区块浏览器链接）。
- `access_level: "restricted"`：`link` 固定为 `"data-room/"`（目录占位符，**不是**可下载文件）；
  无直接下载链接，按 `note` 联系申请访问。

## 2026-10-21 对平校正 / Alignment corrections (2026-10-21)

- 「vertciti Logo 素材包」条目已改为 `access_level: "restricted"`，并标注已被品牌包 v1.0 取代；access_level、link 与 note 口径已一致。
  The "vertciti Logo pack" entry is now restricted and marked superseded by Brand Kit v1.0; access level, link and note now agree.
- catalog 覆盖数据室公开实物文件；以下机器/说明文件不作条目登记：`data-room-catalog.json`（目录本体）、
  `data-room-catalog-schema.txt`（本说明）、`data-room/index.html` 与 `data-room/ai-learn/index.html`（HTML 索引页）、
  `data-room/build-log.json`（建造日志机器文件，另由建造日志页与 llms-full 聚合承载）。
  The catalog itself, this schema, the HTML index pages and the machine build log are intentionally not catalog entries.
- `ai-learn/scorecard.txt` 为人类可读说明，`ai-learn/scorecard-v1.yaml` 为机器可读现行件，角色不同，不是重复件。
  scorecard.txt is the human-readable guide; scorecard-v1.yaml is the machine-readable current file.

## 口径 / Narrative

- 本目录为公司公开档案目录；历史研究文件页眉含转型前声明（D368 撤销注记），属 D319 豁免的历史原文，不追溯修改。
- 公司唯一主题：运营创始人苗家辉的人生（N=1）；不接客户，不卖东西，本站不设任何交易入口。
