1. SCOPE: FIVE SELF-BUILT P0 MODULES (UNIFIED PYTHON)

During the internal build phase, five P0 capabilities were
re-implemented from scratch in Python (read → write → review;
no vendored third-party code; clean-room declaration on file):

  P0-1  Retry foundation — tenacity-style retry base with
        backoff/jitter/circuit-breaker semantics.
  P0-2  Money integerization — pydantic money model (integer
        atomic units; no floats) + canonical JSON spec.
  P0-3  Webhook dispatcher — signed dispatch, retry scheduler,
        dead-letter queue, endpoint API.
  P0-4  x402 facilitator client + settlement state machine —
        payment-requirements builder, receipt verifier,
        mainnet guard (testnet-only lock).
  P0-5  pgvector hybrid retrieval — capability embeddings,
        migration 001 + hybrid_search.sql (integration test
        deferred: no local Postgres on the test machine).

2. RESULTS

  pytest (unit suite): 139 passed, 1 skipped.
    - Selection: tests/ (125 passed, 1 skipped) +
      test_x402_real.py offline regression (14 passed).
    - The 1 skip: pgvector DB integration test, deferred —
      precondition is Postgres 16 + pgvector extension; the
      test machine has no local Postgres (auto-detected).
    - Recount 2026-09-26 reproduced the same selection
      (125+1 and 14/14). A newer intake module adds 12 more
      passing tests (suite total now 151 passed, 1 skipped).

  End-to-end (prototype phase 2): 70/70 passed (recorded
    2026-09-25; in-memory mock backends).

  x402 real-link regression: 14/14 passed (test_x402_real.py;
    fully offline — no network, no funds required; covers the
    two integration bugs found and fixed during the 2026-09-25
    live-testnet run: SDK typed-model handling and the sandbox
    no_proxy IPv6 quirk).

3. HONEST SCOPE

  - The prototype is an IN-MEMORY MOCK: restarts lose data; it
    is not a production system and has no real transactions,
    customers, or revenue.
  - pgvector integration is code-complete but unverified
    against a real database (no local PG available); the
    integration test is explicitly skipped, not silently
    dropped.
  - License hygiene: no vendored dependencies; clean-room
    re-implementation with attribution declarations on file.

一、范围：五项 P0 自研能力（统一 Python）

内部构建阶段，五项 P0 能力用 Python 从零自研（读懂 → 自己写
→ 评审；无第三方代码 vendored；clean-room 声明已归档）：

  P0-1  重试基座——类 tenacity 的重试（退避/抖动/熔断语义）。
  P0-2  金额整数化——pydantic 金额模型（整数原子单位，禁用
        浮点）＋ canonical JSON 规范。
  P0-3  webhook dispatcher——签名分发、重试调度、死信队列、
        endpoint API。
  P0-4  x402 facilitator 客户端＋结算状态机——payment
        requirements 构造、回执验证、主网 guard（测试网硬锁）。
  P0-5  pgvector 混合检索——能力向量、migration 001 ＋
        hybrid_search.sql（集成测试 deferred：测试机无本地
        Postgres）。

二、结果

  pytest（单元测试）：139 通过，1 跳过。
    - 口径：tests/（125 通过＋1 跳过）＋ test_x402_real.py
      离线回归（14 通过）。
    - 1 个跳过：pgvector DB 集成测试，deferred——前置条件为
      Postgres 16 ＋ pgvector 扩展；测试机无本地 Postgres
      （已自动检测）。
    - 2026-09-26 复跑复现同一口径（125+1 与 14/14）。新增的
      intake 模块另有 12 项通过（全套现为 151 通过＋1 跳过）。

  端到端（原型二期）：70/70 通过（2026-09-25 记录；内存 mock
  后端）。

  x402 真实链路回归：14/14 通过（test_x402_real.py；完全离线——
  无需网络、无需资金；覆盖 2026-09-25 真实测试网联调中发现并
  修复的两个 bug：SDK typed-model 传参与沙盒 no_proxy IPv6
  quirk）。

三、诚实范围

  - 原型是内存 mock：重启丢数据；不是生产系统；无真实交易、
    无客户、无收入。
  - pgvector 集成代码已完成，但尚未在真实数据库上验证（本地
    无 PG）；集成测试为显式跳过，不是悄悄丢掉。
  - 许可证干净：无 vendored 依赖；clean-room 重写，声明已
    归档。
