• Timeline only states facts found in the logs; anything uncertain is marked [to be confirmed] — none this round.
• Footer nav of the v3 homepages (both languages) gains a "Changelog" entry linking here.

Release check conclusions

• Automated checks passed: zero console errors, no overflow on either viewport, contrast and touch targets all compliant, zero external requests.
