What this site is

This site presents the work and build process of vertciti and its founder Jiahui Miao. External services are paused: the site offers no online ordering, payment, or engagement intake, and nothing on its pages is an offer of any product or service.

Figures and status markers

Figures and status markers on this site (🟢 Verified · 🟡 In progress · ⚪ Planned) are build-process records. They are not commitments, warranties, or investment advice. The full legend is at Trust & Security.

Intellectual property

The text, marks, and design of this site belong to vertciti and its founder. You may not use this site's marks, or act in this site's name, without written permission. Code in our open-source repositories is licensed under each repository's own licence and is not restricted by this clause.

Third-party links

This site links to third-party websites (for example GitHub and X). Their content and practices are their operators' responsibility, not ours.

Updates

Site content changes as the build proceeds; significant changes are recorded in the Build Log. If these terms change, the new version will be published on this page with an updated effective date.

• Governing law: These terms, and your use of this site, are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
• Dispute resolution: Any dispute arising out of these terms or this site will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation via contact@vertciti.com.
